ChallanMate provides a simplified user interface to access publicly available information from the official Parivahan and e-Challan portals of the Government of India. All data is fetched directly from https://parivahan.gov.in and related official sources on behalf of you (“the User”). ChallanMate is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official application of the Government of India or any government entity.
By using this Service, you acknowledge and agree that all interactions with official government portals are performed on your behalf, and you also agree to comply with the official Terms of Use of the respective government portals:
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and strictly in accordance with these Terms. You must not misuse the Service or attempt to interfere with its normal operation.
All trademarks, logos, and content displayed within the Service remain the property of their respective owners. ChallanMate does not claim ownership or affiliation with government data or content.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no representations or warranties of any kind regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of data retrieved from government websites.
We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or any inaccuracies in third-party data sources.
ChallanMate is an independent interface that only displays challan information retrieved from official government sources. We do not generate, modify, or manage challan records. All complaints, disputes, or requests for challan correction or payment issues must be filed directly with the official Parivahan portal or with the respective Regional Transport Office (RTO).
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
We respect your privacy. ChallanMate operates entirely on the user’s device and does not transmit, store, or process any personal data through our servers.
We do not collect, store, or process any personal or sensitive information, including but not limited to:
All data requests (such as vehicle number, captcha, or OTP) are sent directly from the user’s device to official government servers (e.g., Parivahan.gov.in and related portals) on your behalf. We do not intercept, process, or store these requests.
Our app may connect to a secure backend server operated by us solely to check for available app updates, maintenance notices, or feature availability. This process does not involve the transmission or collection of any personal information, vehicle details, or challan data. No identifiable user data is stored or logged during these update checks. Our backend infrastructure is limited to update checks only.
We do not share, sell, or disclose any information to third parties, as no data is collected or transmitted to our systems.
Since no personal data is collected or stored, there is no risk of data leakage from our side. We ensure the app maintains integrity and secure communication with official government sites.
